Forced Rhubarb Gin

Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb and Ginger are cold distilled and blended with our house dry gin. The pulp left over from the forced rhubarb distillation is then blended into a syrup which is added to this Gin.

Tangy Rhubarb notes are balanced with hints of subtle spice from the Ginger and Cardamon. A delicious example of a Rhubarb Gin.
